PTC is excited to announce our company has been named a winner of the 2021 ”Don Clifton Strengths-Based Culture Award” from Gallup. The award recognizes organizations with strong workplace cultures that get the best out of their employees.
This honor is named for Don Clifton, an educational psychology professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the inventor of Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment program. A panel of judges reviewed companies that worked with the tool and identified six (including PTC!) that successfully integrated its methodology into their employee performance management frameworks.
