The ataluren (PTC124™) Phase 2b trial in nonsense mutation Duchenne and Becker muscular dystrophy involves 37 sites on four continents, as shown on the map below. As you click on each region, you will be able to see names and locations of specific sites. The trial is a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to determine whether ataluren can improve walking, activity, muscle function, and strength and whether the drug can safely be given for a long period of time.
