Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Sepracor Inc.
David P. Southwell has been a member of PTC's board of directors since December 2005. Since October 1995, Mr. Southwell has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sepracor Inc., a pharmaceutical company. From July 1994 until October 1995, he served as Sepracor's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From August 1988 until July 1994, Mr. Southwell was associated with Lehman Brothers Inc., a securities firm, in various positions with the investment banking division, most recently in the position of Vice President. Mr. Southwell is a director of BioSphere Medical, Inc. Mr. Southwell holds an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
