Mark E. Boulding joined PTC as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Legal, General Counsel and Secretary in April 2002. From May 2000 to April 2002, Mr. Boulding was the General Counsel and Executive Vice President of MedicaLogic/Medscape, Inc., a provider of digital health records software and healthcare information. From June 1999 to May 2000, Mr. Boulding was the General Counsel, Vice President and Secretary of Medscape, Inc., a provider of online health information and education. Prior to joining Medscape, Mr. Boulding was a partner in two Washington, D.C.-based law firms. Mr. Boulding received his J.D. from the University of Michigan and his B.A from Yale College.
